Terms of Use — The_Game.exe
The gist
The_Game.exe is a social novelty app operated by Tiny Objects Software. You're always playing The Game; if you tap "I Lost The Game" your active parties go into a 30-minute cooldown and your friends are notified. It's for fun.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the app.
Your account
You sign in with Apple and pick a unique username and display name. You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep your device secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users;
- choose usernames, display names, party names, or loss messages that are hateful, infringing, or that impersonate others;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
User-generated content (usernames, party names, loss messages, activity) must follow these rules. We provide tools to report and block, and we may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that violate them.
Purchases
Optional cosmetic items (themes and wallpapers) may be offered as in-app purchases through Apple. They are digital, unlock on your device, grant no advantage in the game, and are non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple's policies. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Tiny Objects Software is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
