Common questions
- What is this?
- The_Game.exe is a social app for "The Game" — the one where remembering it means you've lost. Tap I Lost The Game and everyone in your parties gets notified and drops into a 30-minute cooldown.
- How do I add friends?
- Friends tab → search someone's exact username → send a request. Once they accept, you can invite each other to parties.
- How do cooldowns work?
- When anyone in a party loses, that party is locked for 30 minutes. During cooldown, nobody in it can lose again — a little peace for everyone.
- I bought a theme on another device / reinstalled. Where is it?
- Config → Display → Themes & Wallpaper → Restore Purchases. Your unlocks are tied to your Apple ID.
- How do I report or block someone?
- Config → Privacy & Support → Block or report a friend. You can also report a party from that party's screen.
- How do I delete my account?
- Config → Account → Delete account. It removes your profile, username, friendships and party memberships. No undo.
- Is my data safe?
- We only collect what the app needs, never sell it, and don't track you. See the Privacy Policy.
